The Power of Agreement Vs. Arguments

Greetings!

Someone once told me that we must come in agreement to disagree. Agreement has real Power. Disagreement has a lesser power that leaves a trail of words that lingers far too long.

Have you ever been mis-understood by those you love? Have you ever misunderstood others yourself? I have and it is not pretty.

You and I must choose. Is it better to be right and continue to exchange words about it or simply revolve to choose love and forgive; release and let it go?

Words spoken between sisters, family, loved ones, associates and friends are most valuable. Whenever the choice is to keep the relationship or simply move on is present. Think of the person and not the thing or situation. Really, when it balls down to it; what is more important? People or things? The answer is people, ha! Even though some words come out and is received one way; the other person sees it as being something totally different. Strange, but true.

Today choose love and live in God's freedom. Choose the power of agreement. Keep your Peace. Say, "You know, I never thought of it quite like that before; thanks!" And IF you canot honestly say it, consider coming in agreement with God (smile). Love forgives a multitude of flaws and mistakes; mis-understandings.

Contributor's Note

Everyday we are given opportunities to grow and improve. Life offfers hope: it is called Growth and Change, ha! To change requires an open mind and a tongue that knows when to study to be quiet. It also requires unconditional love and a standard or belief system already set in place; everyday.
